The position

As part of the launch of a new industrial operation focused on dismantling electric vehicle batteries, we are hiring a Technician to help with the startup and ramp-up of our operations.

Your daily life:

  • Receive and prepare the batteries for processing

  • Secure the equipment (electrical discharge, lockout)

  • Remove the battery packs and mechanical subassemblies

  • Separate and sort the components (metals, cables, plastics, etc.)

  • Strictly follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures

  • Keep your workstation clean and organized

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the process

  • Regularly discuss potential improvements with the rest of the team

Profile

  • You have experience in the automotive and/or industrial sector

  • You are thorough, detail-oriented, and methodical, capable of inspecting batteries, following procedures, and reporting any issues

  • You naturally follow safety rules

  • Are you looking for a challengingwork environment? You will be handling potentially hazardous batteries (electrical and thermal risks).

  • You are self-motivated and take the initiative: you will be responsible for testing, analyzing, and proposing solutions in collaboration with the entire team.

It's a plus if you have basic electrical certifications (B0L, B2XL, B2TL, etc.).
