As part of the launch of a new industrial operation focused on dismantling electric vehicle batteries, we are hiring a Technician to help with the startup and ramp-up of our operations.
Your daily life:
Receive and prepare the batteries for processing
Secure the equipment (electrical discharge, lockout)
Remove the battery packs and mechanical subassemblies
Separate and sort the components (metals, cables, plastics, etc.)
Strictly follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Keep your workstation clean and organized
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the process
Regularly discuss potential improvements with the rest of the team

You have experience in the automotive and/or industrial sector
You are thorough, detail-oriented, and methodical, capable of inspecting batteries, following procedures, and reporting any issues
You naturally follow safety rules
Are you looking for a challengingwork environment? You will be handling potentially hazardous batteries (electrical and thermal risks).
You are self-motivated and take the initiative: you will be responsible for testing, analyzing, and proposing solutions in collaboration with the entire team.
It's a plus if you have basic electrical certifications (B0L, B2XL, B2TL, etc.).
