Mecaware produces recycled strategic metals (lithium, nickel, cobalt, manganese) from battery waste.
Thanks to our innovative effluent-free process, notably sulfate-free, we limit our impact on the environment and locate our plant as close as possible to the deposits, in situ for Gigafactories.
Our entire team shares a common vision: to transform the battery sector and make the circular economy a reality.
Join us in building a more sustainable and responsible European low-carbon battery industry.
You will join our process design office, working alongside its manager and two process engineers. Your responsibilities will include :
Guarantee the technical design of our future industrial facilities
Carry out or supervise equipment layout, sizing and integration studies
Produce drawings, schematics, PIDs, calculation notes, material balances, etc.
Participate in the preparation of CAPEX estimates
Ensure the industrial feasibility of our processes
Translate process requirements into technical specifications
Identify technical, safety and regulatory constraints
Propose trade-offs between performance, cost, time and complexity
Structuring design office activities
Implement reusable design tools and methods
Develop a library of standard or modular technical solutions
Participate in the continuous improvement of the BE organization
Supporting our industrial projects
Provide technical support to project teams and sites (e.g. drawings, dimensioning, technical specifications)
Participate in design reviews, supplier consultations, risk analyses
Support the implementation or start-up of new on-site equipment
